First Bus have announced changes to some of the timetables for its buses to Truro and Penwith College. The changes will take effect from 4 November (after college half-term) and should run through until the end of the academic year.
The services affected are: 220, 273, 274, 470, 890, 900, L1, L2 plus a new 200A to Penwith College. See First Bus news release. Although note that I cannot find the new timetable for the 220 service.
