Contact Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA)
If you have a complaint about a bus service and you do not get any satisfaction from the bus company or from Cornwall Council, you can report the matter to the DVSA. The DVSA deals with two types of complaints:
• Report a bus or coach service or driver to DVSA for breaking safety or accessibility rules. See the DVSA link that explains what the DVSA will deal with and how to report it.
• Report a bus or coach that was late, early, did not stop or turn up to DVSA. See the other DVSA link that explains what the DVSA will deal with and how to report it.
