Several Go Cornwall Bus services across Cornwall have been cancelled today because of driver shortages and vehicle breakdowns. The company posted information about the cancellations on its Twitter feed.
The services cancelled include:
No. 75 at 10:40 from Liskeard to Torpoint
No. 306 at 09:28 from Launceston to Okehampton
No. 128 at 13:41 from Bude to Poughill
No. 129 at 13:58 from Poughill to Marhamchurch
No. 11 at 12:10 from Wadebridge to Plymouth
No. 11 at 16:45 from Plymouth to Padstow
No. 11 at 19:25 from Padstow to Bodmin
No. 89 at 14:38 from Bodmin to Truro
No. 89 at 17:52 from Truro to Bodmin
No. 26 at 20:40 from Bodmin to St Austell
No. 26 at 23:25 from St Austell to Bodmin
No. 27 at 21:50 from St Austell to Truro
No. 27 at 22:40 from Truro to St Austell
These services have been deleted from the Go Cornwall app departure time information and, in some, but not all, cases, Service Updates have been posted on the app with the specific information about the cancellations.
Update
Later in the day, the tweet about the non-running of the 89 was deleted. Go Cornwall found a driver for the service and it did run the 14:38 from Bodmin to Truro and the return journey from Truro at 17:52.
Then, late in the evening, the 27 service from St Austell to Truro and the return journey from Truro to St Austell did run. However, the Go Cornwall app did not reinstate the service and so the app suggested that it was not running.
