On 24 April, I met with Cornwall Council officers and with the portfolio holder for Transport. We discussed a number of issues but some of them may have been confidential - I am not sure. Therefore, I cannot report here what we discussed.
Subsequent to the meeting, I decided that any further meetings or attempts to resolve matters with officers by emailing them about particular issues would not be productive. I will, therefore, not be taking up any bus issues with them in the future.
However, if any passengers, or potential passengers have any issues that they wish to discuss with me, please contact me by phone or email and I will do my best to help albeit without contacting the Council.
