Probus Carne View issue with 22 bus information resolved

It came to my attention recently that the real time passenger information systems were not picking up the 22 bus service (St Austell to Truro via the clay country) at the Truro bound stop in Probus at the entrance to the Carne View Road estate. It did not show on the Go Cornwall Bus app, nor on the Cornwall Council real time information board at the stop, nor on the First Bus app. Passengers waiting at this stop would have no idea if the bus was on time or whether it was running at all. The other bus stops in Probus were showing the correct information.

On 3 June, I wrote to the Go Cornwall Bus contact email address alerting them to this issue. I was pleased to see today that they have resolved the issue and that the 22 is now showing on all platforms.
