I have described the failings of the Transport for Cornwall website in a previous blog.
I have lodged a public question to the Full Council meeting of Cornwall Council that will be held on Tuesday 29 November. My question is, "Cornwall Council’s Bus Passenger Charter says that Transport for Cornwall will provide, 'A single source of information detailing all you need to know about bus services in Cornwall'. Why then does nobody keep the Transport for Cornwall website up to date and, instead, it contains inaccurate and outdated information?”
The meeting will be webcast, as is normal for these meetings. The meeting starts at 10.30 a.m. The full agenda can be viewed online at Full Council 29 November. There is a link to tbe webcast on that page.
