New timetables from 4 September 2022: errors in information at some bus stops

New timetables came into effect from 4 September 2022 across many routes in Cornwall.

Changing over the information displayed in timetable cases at bus stops is a large job requiring careful attention to detail at each of the thousands of locations affected. Unfortunately, mistakes sometimes happen resulting in incorrect information being displayed.

On the 27 route between St Austell and Truro, the new timetables are showing only the Monday to Friday and Saturday timetables at all of the stops and no information is now available for Sunday services. See sample below. Many passengers may conclude that there are no longer Sunday services on this route.  This is not the case. Sunday services continue to be operated by GoCornwall as a subsidised service.

I have emailed the local transport team in County Hall and also GoCornwall/Plymouth CityBus who are responsible for the Transport for Cornwall brand asking them to rectify this issue and to check how widespread the problem is.
