The new timetable book covering all the main bus services in Cornwall was published this week by the Transport for Cornwall partnerhip and takes effect from 31 August.
The complete book can be downloaded from the link on Timetables page of this website together with links to individual timetables for each service. The timetables are in line with the changes announced by the operators in July, see story on timetable changes.
The changes include new services introduced by Go Cornwall Bus on routes already well served by First on a commercial basis, e.g. GCB41 replicates T1 and T2 services between Camborne and Truro; GCB32 replicates U1 services between Falmouth and Truro; GCB2 and 2A replicate First U4 services between Helston and Penzance; GCB86 replicates services on the First 87 route between Newquay and Truro. So much for partnership working between the companies. Let us hope that it does not end in tears.
I will add to the timetables page in the next few days the timetables for the college services that will be provided by Go Cornwall Bus to Truro and Penwith College and by Stagecoach to Callywith College and Cornwall College. The new terms will be starting for these colleges in the next week.
