Following my question to Full Council about the failings of the Transport for Cornwall website (see Full Council question), and the somewhat unsatisfactory answer from the portfolio holder for transport (see Full Council answer), I emailed the portfolio holder to follow up and to point out to him the three simple things that could be done to correct the website.
As of today (3 December), I see that action has been taken on two of the issues: the links to service updates for 4 September 2022 have been deleted and the link to the Bus Times Guide Book now correctly provides the latest timetable of 30 October instead of the outdated 4 September timetable.
The other issue that I raised about the incorrect information on the Tap and Cap FAQs document remains to be amended.
